In mid-May 2016 I joined an agroecology learning convening of around 70 people in Masaka, Uganda. The agricultural system there is still largely non-industrial and organic by default but that system is in danger of being swept away by corporate recklessness, increasing food insecurity and hunger. It was an amazing group of people and a trove of interesting conversation. Afterward a small group of us went to Mburo National Park where I took these photos.
